Go figure, the only real losers in this whole situation are gamers, more specifically the fans of the franchise. As usual. We get treated to that shitty, half-baked Mass Effect game that does no justice to the series at all, then they go on to shelf the series because they f*cked it all up and don't want to come out and say it. But hey, at least EA got their $$ out of it!
LMAO it really is such a pathetic world that we live in today. Why would that viral video have any affect at all on a kangaroo character being in your video game? How about everyone that would have been offended by that just grow a spine?
Apparently to them, the "right time" is about 5-6 years too late, depending on how you felt about Black Ops 2. What better time to finally come out with the "right game" than after about a half decade of your fanbase telling you they don't want jetpacks, wall running, and exo suits?
I would say better late than never, but I already paid 80 bucks to see how they butchered MWR. I have every reason to believe that this one will follow suit.

As if I needed a reminder that 343 killed Halo. This article shows just how completely out of touch these companies are in this day and age. This guy was actually surprised that people want the campaign in a Halo game to primarily focus on Master Chief?? Wow, who would have thought?! It's not like he's been the main character and become synonymous with the franchise over the last 15+ years or anything like that. And to dig the hole deeper and say that Master Chief is just a vessel for you to play in, as opposed to an iconic video game character that people have become invested in? What is this dope even talking about?
Still laughing at how this company has the balls to charge 5 bucks more for the same exact map pack that people already bought 10 years ago. All after making you pay 80 to even play their screwed up remaster of a game that people already bought 10 years ago. This franchise, and the companies behind it, are absolute gutter trash. STOP SUPPORTING IT.
@jega: There were multiple instances when I would play where a guy with a revenge build would get revenge mode after a long 1v1 fight because of cumulative blocks/damage taken. I know I am not the only one who has had this happen. There were even more instances where I'd be in a 1v1, and a dumb teammate would come, throw ONE single shot, and the guy would instantly get revenge and wipe us both out when I wasn't even going after him with my teammate. It needed to go.
You know what would make your game community not fall apart, EA? If you just make the game that people want to play. Good campaign, Galactic Conquest, Instant Action, lots of maps, no bs card system. How many times does it need to be spelled out for them?
