I don't hate interplay. Back in the day they made some of the best games, but why are they doing what they are doing now?

Interplay CANNOT make games. Let me say that again for all of you, Interplay lacks the ability to make games in any capacity. The only thing Interplay can do is sell intellectual properties which brings me to my next topic.

Dear Interplay:

For the last 10 years you have been dying a slow, painful death. The only thing your company can sell in IP. You can't even pay your employees. Hell, I'm not even sure you have offices anymore. So, if the only thing you sell is IP why are you in a lawsuit Bethesda? You can't afford this. I doubt they allow court appointed attorneys to lawsuits. The Fallout MMO thing is petty. Let Bethesda make that game and just try to stay afloat. Work it out so you still make money off of it. Now you are up poo creek with no pattle.
