It clearly states: "On the streets of Fairhaven there are also Burnout Paradise-style repaint drive thrus that will have your battered vehicle fixed up and looking sharp in an instant." - so I don't know.. I'm afraid it's just like burnout, you drive through and get a new color scheme for your ride and that's about it for the customization of the looks.. really doubt that there will be any stickers, liveries etc. =(
