ruby wepon was killing me nonstop until i killed inferno/red and yuffie ang gave cloud ultima wepon with master magic, summon, and command materia.... i murderd ruby.wooooooooooo!1 3 cheers 4 me!
The one I had the toughest time with (and still do:P) was the Emerald Weapon from FFVII. He had a ton of HP, could pretty much take almost all your HP of every character in one hit, and has a timer which if you don't beat him in a certain amount of time you would lose.He was a really challenging boss.
