I think I have an OK computer, but am still not able to run games like crysis on high settings (super lag)... what component of my computer is limiting the performance?

my specs:

Intel Core 2 duo 3.00ghz

2046mb RAM

ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT

Vista....

What can I improve that will make the most difference?
