Q: I clicked on one of the Welcome Back Free PS3/PSP Game 1/2 selections, clicked "Get Now", but no games showed up. Now that option is no longer selectable in the Store. Where is my game?

A: This is an issue we're working on resolving, however for the time being, you can still get to that content by going to the XMB and under the PlayStation Network column, go to Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>SCEA Promotion. You should be able to access the content in the option you selected here.

Okay just tried that, DL'in Dead Nation now, thx for that mate m/

The thing you had to Dl to get the free games has vanished for me mate! Got the error it went into my "already bought" section! Its still shows the 2 ps+ options tho. All I want is Dead Nation... pretty annoying but hopefully its sorted out when the volume has died down!

Considering we dont PAY for the PSN no one should complain!! Unless you are indeed a + user! Sure its been a lil annoyin that we havent been able to play online but theres other things to do out there ppl! I'll be happy with it just to come back online! DOnt really care for their comp deals, coz I didnt lose anything by this downtime!! Nor am I angry about the downtime or Sony!
