@Pyrosa: It's a stripped down beta. How can anyone possibly answer that? You may as well pass judgement on a game by watching someone else play it on a youtube video.
But...
However...
With that said....
It's more of the same.. Destiny fans will love it since repetitive and redundant are synonymous for every day life.
@joshrmeyer: Sony really wants to make money through streaming services. People are not biting. I hate streaming and will never do it unless there is no other possible option for something I want badly. And that applies to movies. There is zero chance I will ever stream a game. Ever.
@TwinStripeUK: I wasn't impressed with the visual quality. I suspected it wasn't anything close to 4k. Are you certain it was only 1080p? I know Bungie insisted it will be 4K but if this was that, then it was horribly done and I will not play it on console.
@dreadborne: There's more debris and environmental effects, fire, sparks, rain, wind etc... One sections there is a thunderstorm with lots of blowing rain and wind that is effective. The environment has more of a presence than before. There's also massive ships flying near you to create a much more vast feel of the environment. It's the little things like that one notices over last gen design where the 360 and PS3 were holding things back making it a more sterile environment. Gameplay is the same and it's a fucking cop-out to have still fight more Cabal.
I was at that door and heard it. Didn't know it was the theme since I couldn't make it out. But I did think to myself, someone's having a party at the worst possible time.
Sony is up to something with this update. I bet they are trying to get 1080p streaming. PS Now app suddenly showed up on my dashboard this week too and I had to uninstall it. They are struggling with the service.
