developers at IW did an excellent job at giving a identical experiance for both consoles.

I wouldn't say Pc is the best, its missing some lore and background elements as seen it the 3rd and 4th pictures down compare to ps3 and xbox360 versions you will see its actually missing a hell of alot of things.

I actually like vista after they worked out all the bugs, its very managable and runs the newer games well.

The differences are subtle and not really in favor of either system. all i can really see is the Ps3 water effects are a tiny bit better, and the xbox's shading is a bit better. other than that, nothing really game-breaking.
