i wouldn't moan about the price , coz in the uk we are pay $300+ for the same cardI'm sorry but I think the GTX 560 is a fail. Yes it is faster than the GTX 460 (which I have) but it also consumes more juice and costs a lot more. IMO if they want to be competitve they need to drop the price at least $30. I didnt even pay that much for my 460 when it first came out and overclocked it comes pretty close to a stock 560.

dont forget that with steam u r also buying the game and service (auto patching , MP servers ect) so yer steam would be my choice.
lol ive still got them in sli, and i can run games like arma 2, crysis very well. although i too am thinking of upgrading soon to a single cardthe 8800gt had a nice run but honestly it's been due for a replacement a long time ago. I find it funny how anyone could have hung onto this card for so long and still take their gaming seriously. Ive gone from 8800gt to gtx260 to gtx295 to gtx580 in 3.5 yrs. However i have always sold the prior card to offset the new vid card purchase price , so that does help somewhat.

still got my 8800gt's thinking of upgrading at last to the ATI 6850, but i agree my 8800gt's can still run pretty much everything nearly high, just want a quieter and low power card
think i might upgrade at last, my 8800gt's have done great (able to run arma 2 on high with little lag). just sick of the noise and heat 6850 here we come
want want want, joined =D
