Ive never gamed on pc only consoles. Tax return is right around the corner and I originally had a hard time deciding between the ps4 and xbox one which I settled for the ps4 but havent bought yet since I havent received money yet, anyways Im interested in building my own gaming pc. I want games to run 1080p at or better settings than the ps4/xbox one. I would also like my games to run 60fps. I believe by switching to pc it opens up so many more games. Even though I might of played them on ps3 I can replay them on pc at 60fps with higher settings. How much money would I need to spend in order to run lets say the witcher 3 at 60 fps with ps4/xbox one settings?

All really great points! I love the enthusiasm from alot of you! Thank you everyone! Regardless of what system anyone chooses or chose we all have one very important thing in common. The love of games. Funny thing I want to mention. I was into Hobby grade RC vehicles for awhile and nobody argued about Traxxas being better than Losi or Team associated is better than HPI. Not like the argument between PlayStation and Xbox. But back to consoles. Its not just about the games, I believe all features play apart as well as games and controller. Both have a different feel. Maybe ill buy both and try them out for a week then return the one Im least interested in. ;)

This probably has been posted a million times over. And I hope im not starting a console war discussion as I find both consoles great in there own way. But from all the countless articles, videos, and forums Ive consumed I cannot decide which console to purchase! Im a fan equally to both consoles exclusives. 1 thing that is bugging me is people saying how much the ps4 versions of games look so much better like its night and day differences. Is 1080p vs 900p really discernable on a 50 inch screen 8 to 10 feet away? I ask because thats going to be my setup. Ive watched a bunch of head to head videos and I seriously cannot tell the difference( I know I know) . Now anyone who owns both I beg of you to tell me which console you play on more and why? Ive heard alot of people say they bought a ps4 and got bored with it ending up buying an xbox one and selling the ps4. Maybe the xbox feels more next gen somehow? Then I hear people saying the ps4 is so much faster and the xbox one feels laggy. I can tell you I like the xbox one ui alot better but feel I would like the Dualshock 4 better. At this point im stuck. I need everyones thoughts! Lets help me decide! I know in the end Im the one spending the cash and Im the one thats going to have to live with the console and everyone is different. There are No right or wrong answers, just opinions , whats yours? I just bought one 2 days ago and so far it was worth it. I got the assassins creed bundle for $349.99 and recieved a 50 dollar gift card from my local best buy which I used to buy Far cry 4. Awesome game. I cant stop playing! So far I only have 115 gamerpoints! Lol! Im coming from playstation 3
