With homes consoles and handhelds constantly coming with upgraded versions and PCs trying to scale their software to fit on more systems I wonder if one day consoles will be as customizable as PCs. You already see this with the option from Sony and Microsoft to get several different versions of their home systems. Now with Games for windows we are seeing PC to console cross platform game play.
