I played the demo... stylus control is not complicated at all. It's very well crafted and intuitive. Even simpler to master than Zelda.

Yep, the graphics are excelent, and often summon a cry of "is that on the DS??!!"

We'll have to see how the full game plays, but I have high hopes. And really looking forward to playing it through.

When you start it up, the drill key turns and you hear Kamina shout "Gurren Lagann! sssPPIINNNN OONN!!" Then the music starts and you're absorbed.

It's tricky understanding sometimes as it's only in Japanese (hence this thread) and there's a lot of dialouge between the levels to skip through. But if you're an avid fan of the anime, I know you'll have fun piloting the Gurren, the Lagann, the combination (Mega! Giga! Drill!) and whatever else might come along ;)

Yeah, so I'm mental enough to be playing this Japanese only game through. Because of the language barrier I'm stuck on a level with a constant flow of falling rocks. I'm unsure as to how a beat this level.... I've tried smashing the rocks, I've tried avoiding them for ages... any help from other Dai Gurren Brigade members would be greatfully accepted.

Ps. They've just confirmed that a TTGL movie is going into production.
