I'm not one to buy things besides themes but if i buy something on my account that's for a game can it be used for the other accounts as well or only for they that purchased it?

Example: extra songs for rock band or guitar hero or a map pack budle for any of the call of duty's

e fan comes as well and it's a 40 but after awhile it shuts off and i blow mine out at least once a week as well as i already hadd the YLOD

i'm pretty sure it's a 60 and i was told it was doing that due to it over heating and it wasnt a serious problem

my ps3 just shut off on me in the middle of a game and flashed red twice then yellow, i yurned it off and unhooked it and blew it with air to clean out the dust and and then hooked it back up and it did it again after like 5 mins, what can i do to fix this problem so i can get back to gaming

i apologize for not mentioning the game it mw2 and the glitch is something i do not know when you only allowed to have 8 people in a free for all and i have joined some that have 12 and a many a 18 and it's not private and it's not a mosh pit and i looked it up on google and i wa told it wa a glitch and i just want to know how to do it.
