I wish I could fast whole again. I used to do it 3/4 times a week for 24 hours during my early fitness life. I held firm to the biblical accounts then reading research about Cell Regeneration due to low carbs, I was dedicated. My plan for it was to use it on personal days, because I would tolerate the discomfort with no high level stress like work duties. It worked fairly well. Sometimes I had to much energy I couldn't sleep probably due to the ketones. During the day, I couldn't feel achy when doing chores so I kept going. I tried to get back to the old way for the past 2 years, but I've only managed to stick to a one meal a day plan 24 hr fast. The stressors in my life are active more, so I've had to use food to calm down. My weight stayed low, I bulked muscle to 180 pounds and sleep on time gratefully.

No razor touches me. I am not a hairy man, I have a lite beard on my face. My family grows their out to be one with nature, so I was compelled. Luckily, I look young with it, my friends think I haven't changed a bit in years flying by.

I think if facial hair grows too far then it needs some grooming, like hair. Shampooing, trimming and brushing so that helps look neat, stunning.

Chili sauce. My family did not have to use anything stern to tame my early wild streak.

When I was older it was disconnect the Internet or game system until my grades went up.

My mind needs a redesign so I will be looking for more obscure Japanese game posters. I used to have a Megaten for everything I could get my hands on, but my taste are changing.

I'm looking for new pets to replace my lost ones. While they've lived a full life, I will treasure the next coming. Hopefully I might find dogs to stay active around here.

I listen to Sirius Radio randomly selecting a vibe from golden hits, youthful rush or comedy to name a few off hand. Without commercials as public radio, I can keep my mind clean of worries about the world to center on my state of mind. It cost money so I have to work harder than normal. I get time to listen to it to and from work so I get to learn about new songs to share with my loved ones ofttimes.

Since I started bodybuilding rarely do I touch the orignal sodas from childhood. I prefer the healthier versions like Kombucha Soda, Poppin, etc that use alternative sugars plus add a few special ingrediets I don't get in my diet easily. Naturally, they taste close to sodas so I must watch myself to use them a "few" times when I need a sugar rush.

With the turning of the new era, I had to learn to exchange my negativity for positivity around some grouchy people. Sometimes when things are out of my hand, I have to let them go because I did my very best for whoever, whenever. I would use various means such as scented oils, candles, drinks after work, better food other days and exercise more. Sitting it out was bad for me in the past because feelings unanswered lingered until I cast it out to not let stress back. Plus I can be more social when I'm required to remembering I've got a treat at home.

I would very much love to play more games, but the price of living is so high, I must sometimes resort to watching some of them. The plus side is that I participate in other people's streams so I can get more socialization as we react to the things on screen. It might be good too if I had someone over but most adults I know are busy, and that can feel off playing alone too.

I disremember old memories that were bad, so I do not let it take root in my life later. I say, no regrets, if I made some mistakes like trying to get popular in school to college for nawt. It works because I can't put my finger what happened looking forward to what I got now. If we're talking amnesia, well, can I count this as it loosely please?
