No way the PC would obviously be a better game, its just my PC cant handle it so ill probably buy it for PS3

There are alot of mixed feelings about this game....is it worth buying?

This may seem like a stupid question but:

Can you actually build a base and barraks and factories n such, or is the whole campaign mode me pretty much recieving a handfull of troops and attacking everything? Cause i played the demo campaign and it did involve any construction, the tutorial did not either and i couldnt find any PS3 gameplay footage where the actuall builing occurs....

Any suggestion?
