This game is a surgery based game where you are a rookie surgeon named Dr. Styles. The first mission is a trial surgery which teaches you step by step what the controls are. At the end of every surgery you are given a grade based upon how well you performed the particular task. This game is an anime that has a whole lot of reading to it. The reading just gives this game a story, basically a purpose for playing. Without the story this game would not only make no sense but also get very repetitive. The audio is mid-grade. There is a rare "Great work Dr. Styles" followed by some more reading. Graphics are well done, nasty, but well done. I would give this game an 8 out of 10 overall. Good game!
