I definitely understand where most of you are coming from when you say it is annoying hearing people trash talk and all. That's why I don't use a headset in shooters most of the time, as that seems to be where all the trash talking takes place. But in stirctly co-op games, or co-op story modes, mics really do help.

Seriously. Why do most PS3 users not have headsets? The last 10 or so people I have been paired with in Portal 2, they all don't have headsets. They do realize they can use ANY bluetooth headset with PS3 right? There should be more headset users on PS3 than there is on Xbox 360, but there's not... I've got like 6 bluetooth headsets just laying around my house. Most people I know, have atleast one, usually more. You can get them online for like $7-$9. I even got a couple of cheap TalkNano bluetooth headsets as stocking stuffers from Amazon for $3.99 each with free shipping. Seriously, are people just dumb and don't know how to hook them up? Or that the PS3 can use any bluetooth headset? I know there are some people who just don't like voice chat, but it's a very rare occasion that I run across ANY one with a headset. Arrrggggghhh!

I really need a co-op partner who is preferably new and has a mic. I just recently finished single player. Every time I join a game with a random person, they have either already completed all the test chambers and want to work on trophies, or they want to goof off in random test chambers, or rush through them. When I do get someone who hasn't completed it all, they don't have a mic. It makes it difficult to communicate and they get frustrated and leave. My PSN ID is joemh86. Please add me and send a message. Thanks.

Actually not sure of the producer... It came in the PC aready, an HP. It's 300W though, I know that. The video card is nVidia GeForce 7600 GT. Do you know if when I get a new PSU if my temps will be higher, lower, or unaffected? And if there is any possible permanent harm done from running the PC with low voltage for 2 months?

Well, I upgraded my gfx card about 2 months ago. Threw it in and didn't think anything of the power supply. My temps have been a little on the high end since then (sometimes would be 50-55c). Checked into it a little, but never really did any thing about it. So I'm sitting here, after an adware, virus, disk clean up, and defrag. Had SpeedFan up during it just to see afterwards. Well, I never really payed any attention to the voltage section at the bottom until now. The +12V there shows it as only getting 7.81V. I've checked forums and others with PSU problems usually report theirs at 10-11.5V and are told they need a new PSU. I haven't found any that report anything lower than 10V. Ofcourse now I will be getting a new PSU.

So, my question is will me having run my computer with that low of a voltage for 2 months now have any long term effects on my comptuer? Also, this could be a reason why my temps are high? I read somewhere that with a weak PSU could cause the computer to try and draw more current that it would normally try to draw, resulting in overheating, but that doesn't really make since to me. The computer still isn't getting as much power as it usually would, so with less power than normal wouldn't it actually be slightly cooler than it would be when it has a proper voltage? Just trying to see if I'm going to have to figure out a new cooling solution for when I pop the new PSU in, since the computer will have more power flowing through the components then.

BTW, I'm not a huge PC gamer, and don't have a $2,000 rig if anyone is wondering. Would like to avoid the usual "Post your specs" posts and such, as they aren't very good. :)

Obviously rock band. The hd dvd drive isn't worth it. Especially if you already have a blu ray player. Citan76
I agree with this guy.

[QUOTE="korn18m"]

BioShock (Take-Two, Xbox 360 & Windows)

8.24.2007: (Note: I have not played this game since it is rated "M" and isn't allowed on the Fellowship U campus, so I am basing this mini-review on Secular media reports.) BioShock is a first-person shooter set in Rapture, an underwater city created upon the Atheist philosophies of Ayn Rand and Charles Darwin. In a Darwinian struggle to survive, players must kill small children in order to harvest their "Adam" (a.k.a. "stem cells"), which players use to obtain "plasmids" that cause them to macro-evolve superhuman abilities. The children themselves also kill other people to harvest their Adam, which is the sort of behavior Godless Darwinism teaches young people (I don't think its a coincidence that these children are aided in their killing by large diving-suited beings called "Big Daddies"). There's lots of not-so-subtle anti-Christian imagery used in the game, like how the city name, "Rapture", refers to there being no Christians living there, since they are all up above the water (much like how when the real Rapture comes, we will all be above the Earth) and how players use resources called "Adam" and "Eve" to become genetically degraded by the plasmids making them less human (just like how the Fall, caused by Adam and Eve, brought death, mutations, and carnivores to our world). I'm not sure if this game is supposed to be a cautionary tale about how Atheism and Darwinism destroy society, or a simulator to train its teenage target audience to enjoy living in such a world. Either way, the game is too disturbing to be suitable for Christian audiences. ZERO CROSSES

Sorry if this has already been posted. Looked back a few pages and didn't see anything on it.

Well my friend in some ways you are right but at the same time I can see that you spent a lot of time and effort. Well The Game is mature rates which mean not suitable for all audiences Christian is one of them for obvious reasons. The same ways you talk about this game you can refer to Halo in the same sense. If you purchased the Halo 2 Limited then you would know that. Bioshock is about choices you make in a land of god-less individuals that by there own mean have become monsters. Your job is to escape and survive. Like the Bible Choice is what you make of it. If you read your bible like a good christian you might learn more than what people just feed down your thoat. Here I give you a little help. Read the Old testament Habakkuk. It tells the reason why things aren't perfect in the world. Mainly it's our choices as a whole that screw things Up for every one. Hence you choose if a little girl dies or not. Also prejudgment is the reason why Christ was killed. Read more listen less make your own choices based off what you can find then ask the people around you. Lean not on your own undersanding. What I am saying will be hard for you to accept but that is why I spending this time to help you. If you want to judge a game based on reviews judge GTA that game has about as much positive output as burning a babie. Which I am not surprised at this point why they don't add that to the game play.

I don't Play GTA because of what it stands for in my personal life. I'm Black and Live in Philadelphia it is the Murder Capital of America and it disgusts me to not end. I play games to get away from that garbage. I could go outside if I want to watch it.

I'm sorry to have wasted your time... But I did not write all that. Those are not my views at all. Infact I'm atheist. That review is from someone on another website. Again, sorry for wasting your time.

NO he is making a GOOD point he didnt bash any of your beliefes so dont come in here and bash him !

Anyways I am a Christian and what you pointed out is actually very interesting ,,I have just watched my friend play this game and as I thought the graphics looked good and the gameplay seemed fun I was slightly turned off by the strange things in this game

BUT what you said about maybe this game is showing us how aithiesm and other bad things will lead to doom is really cool and I hope that thats what it is about and I hope it is not mocking God or anything like that...

ok yeah thats what I think

AND how can you say the review has nothing to do with anything did you even read it..cleary a game can be rated on more that just gameplay and story and he has every right to not like a game for what ever reason he wants and to warn other people of the sick things that are in this game

DrummerShane12

Just to clarify, I didn't write the things in the first post. That is the review from that site, copied and pasted here. Those are not my views.
