Well it depends how much moneyyou have to spend? Now that Direct X 10 is out your graphics card will only play DX9 games so maybe a new graphics card would be good, alsoif you change the processor you would have to change the motherboard, if you do that you would need to change the memory, so all this would burn a big hole in your pocket, of course if your not bothered about money then im sure Ican help you put a pc together.
I am really dissapointed in this game, I have waited ages for it too, I loved it on the NES back in the day and was hoping that this was the replacement for it. Its not! ah well just hope they release it on the Wii Virtual console!
