Halo 4 Forge sucked, hoping this follows along the same path as Reach did, that was one of the most epic things about my 360. Halo Reach forge base battles.
Can somebody confirm for me, is this going to be like Destiny where everyone has different guns / equipment and terrible for newcomers or like traditional halo where the only guns available are from simply ranking up or bought with XP.
I'm hoping it is the latter because I will not buy if it is anything like the Destiny approach to multiplayer.
@LiquidGold Or maybe gamespot are just the only honest ones.... a game shouldn't recieve top marks if it is half broken at release, the reviewer did mention 'at this point in time' quite clearly in the review.
Hats off to the reviewer for not overlooking the broken half of the game, a game score should be reflected for optimization as well as its content. Its really sad a lot of things keep happening like this particularly in 2014 in the gaming industry such as battlefield 4 being released broken, driveclub having server issues, the Simcity disaster, AC Unity running at around 24fps on consoles, and now halo being half broken. A game shouldn't be rated higher just because its 'legendary' and I'm a big halo fan. When games are delayed I think it's actually a good sign (except for driveclubs case) because it shows the game is not going to be rushed, i hate playing a game which isn't optimised properly.
