We're down to our last seven days on the air, so I thought I'dtell youwhat to expect over this time. Be aware that this is what we INTEND to do; however, if for some reason, the negotiations between SoundExchange and webcasters break down and Live365 is forced to shut down before the end of the month, then these things won't happen. But we're crossing our fingers and knocking on wood that Live365 will make it through to the end of the month.

This week sees the final airings for all our specialty shows (soyesterday wasthe last day of Synthscape,today the last day for AeschTunes: Revisited, Wednesday the last day for the New Music Showcase, Thursday the last day for AeschRock, Friday the last day for AeschDance, Saturday the last day for the AeschTunes Top 40 Chart Broadcast, and Sunday the last day for Totally ****c 80's and AeschTunes: Flashback).

Starting at midnight PDT on Monday, July 30, we will be switching to a "farewell broadcast" playlist, which will run approximately 9-10 hours; we will be looping this playlist from midnight PDT on July 30 through Tuesday, July 31. On August 1, AeschTunes will be "going dark" (i.e. going off the air).

Monday, July 30 will also see the publication of the final AeschTunes Top 40 chart (dated July 31) on the website.
