The final broadcast of AeschTunes started this morning at midnight, and it will run until the end of the day tomorrow (Tuesday, July 31). The playlist runs roughly 9-9 1/2 hours without commercials. During the broadcast, we highlight some of the big hits during the existence of the AeschTunes Top 40, songs that could've been "future hits" on AeschTunes, some of our favorite songs from before the chart, a look back at a couple of shows Dan and I had done on an AM carrier-current station back in college, as well as a block of songs to show our displeasure at SoundExchange and the Copyright Royalty Board.
