1. Persona 5 only had budget about 5-10% of FFXV and it still turns out awesome if not better than FFXV.
2. Persona 5 wasn't milked for its DLCs while FFXV have at least 120 dollars worth of DLCs if they were priced 20 dollars each.
3. Speaking about DLCs, Persona 5 were rather cosmetic and free to download except for "premium" persona which you don't need in first place.
4. Persona 5 have a dual language option(as part of the free DLC) while FFXV don't.
5. Persona 5 have 8 permanent playable characters and 4 of them were females and you can date with them outside battle while FFXV only have 4 and they all males.
6. Speaking about female characters, Persona 5 don't have a wrench wench who trying too hard to be sexy speaking in faux Southern accent.
7. Persona 5 was shipped at 100% complete.
8. Persona 5 don't have countless of post-launch updates and patches.
9. Persona 5 don't have product placement/in-game advertising.
10. Persona 5 don't have multiplayer mode to extend its life. As for FFXV, its multiplayer mode just a cheap gimmick to extent its lifespan.
11. Persona 5 don't have a gimmicky CGI movie that barely connects to the game. Instead it had animated series that faithfully adapted to its source.
12. Persona 5 box art was far more honest than FFXV as it features all playable characters while FFXV: Royal Edition features an unknown female summoner/spellcaster/priestess who don't even appear in the game and also a big lie as FFXV don't even had a permanent playable female character in first place.
I know that comparing Persona 5 to FFXV is much like comparing oranges to bananas but I just want to point how shady the business practices by Square-Enix on FFXV and future upcoming games like Kingdom Hearts 3. Expect KH3 to have tons of post-launch updates and DLCs like FFXV someday.
