Wow it has certainly been a while since I've made a blog so I figure I'd give ya'll an update on what I've been doing. Moved out of NJ and into my apartment in Manhattan in July. Now that college is done I'm still on the hunt for a job. I got my letter from the NYPD and have to wait for them to call me into the academy but because of the city's budget that could take forever. The job market is pretty terrible here seeing as how that with a college degree I am still unable to obtain even a retail job. I had a brief relationship that lasted about 3 weeks with this girl named Brittany. Long story short I was pretty much the rebound guy so I ended it. So that's pretty much what's going on in my life. Wow after overlooking this blog it sounds pretty depressing lol. On the bright side the Redskins beat the Cowboys :lol: Hope ya'll are doing well. ~LAW

Things finally came through so me and a friend of mine are moving into an apartment on 60th and 1st in Manhattan after graduation. Best part is that I hear its close to the NYPD academy so my plans of working undercover and becoming a detective are close at hand (year at the latest). My how time flies. First we lost to the Lions now we lost a game that we should have won! I can only fear what is in store for us next week as we take on KC. :( That is all.

Thats right ladies and gents! Today I turn 21!!! WOOT WOOT!!!! Whats that mean? I can "legally" drink/buy alcohol. It also means that if I commit a crime I'll no longer be charged as a minor. :P Time to get my drink on, then Sonic, then midnight showing of Transformers!!

E3 was freakin awesome this year but what surprised me the most was the fact that Valve announced a new Left 4 Dead this fall. I still play that game religously and the fact that a new one is coming out this fall gives me a reason to renew my live subscription. While E3 gave me much joy I am saddened by the fact that Nicolai was banned from Gamespot (I'm a bit slow so it may have happened earlier). I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later but none the less he will be missed.

Had my first video game tournament today. My college had a SSBB tourney and I came out on top winning a $100 American Express gift card. Probably use it to get Resistence 2(been neglecting my PS3 using it only to watch movies off my hard drive) and possibly a new barrel kit for my paintball gun.

The wait is finally over and I went out and got a copy of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. It was everything I expected and then some(no pun intended). Gameplay is still the same with a few new additions to the game. The game allows you to reclass a most of your units and there are save points on the map so you can start there instead of restarting the chapter everytime you muck up. I hope to finish the game before Saturday so I can study for midterms which are next week. Speaking of next week, the DEA is coming to my university next Wensday and the FBI the Wensday after to recruit. I'm SOOO EXCITED!!!!!! :D :D :D I wish I could apply right now but an info session will have to do for now. The rest of my life has been pretty stressful in the past couple of weeks and I find myself spending more time at the gym to get away( more on this in my next blog as I need to get the Fire Emblem outta my system before I buckle down and study).

Seems like forever since I last blogged but I was just too lazy over break to come on and type here so I typed on other peoples' blogs to make up for it. Winter break finally ended (thank god) and now I'm back at school. Didn't really do too over break since most of my friends moved back into college on January 12th. The only highlight of my break was paintballing in 10 degree weather and going to this new restaurant that opened up near my house by Bobby Flay. The food was pretty good but $7.50 for a burger the same size as Mcdonalds made me sad (didn't even include fries :cry: ). But with that all said and done I'm back and slightly better than ever8)
