now it needs some good games to play on it.

I don't really understand why people feel so threatened by game consoles. It seems that anytime anyone has any constructive criticism (such as this article) people get very defensive as if they were personally insulted. I think all consoles have their own set of pros and cons and each has its place and its target consumer. I for one believe that Playstation 3 is targeted for the hardcore gamer in the higher income bracket and that is off putting for some (such as myself). I don't think Gamespot hates PS3 by any means, but it is clearly the system that could use some advice if it wants to survive (which I hope it does). Lets all hope for a competitive console race this generation with the winner being the consumer.
