My xbox live email is an old one that I haven't used in a year and a half. How can I

get it off my XBL account so I change it to a new email. 1-4my-xbox told me I had to change

it through my old email joined with the account but??? someonew else is using that email now.

is there any hope for me? Thanks

What passcode is used for autosign in with xbox live?

Reason being I forgot but acccount password but I have auto-sign in to XBL, is

I spoke with Microsoft about chaning my xbl account email because it was hacked and I lost it but they said they could change it if I gave them the secret quesiton, problem is I have no access to that hacked email so knowing the secret quesiont is impossible but after giving them info etc... they gave me my old hacked email secret question.When I go and change it to new email will the old hacked email get noitce and updated changes although it has been changed? pls help thanks.
