My friends and I are planning on having a DK 64 marathon this weekend, but I need to plan the event to make sure we actually "beat" the game. Our definition of "beating" the game is defeating King K. Rool. Can anyone tell me an estimated amount of playtime it will take to defeat King K. Rool? My friends and I have played through this game before, but not for many years and we have mostly forgotten the in game secrets and puzzles. Our skill level is very good, so judge our skill levelon a 7/10. Thanks for your help :)

it will do just fine sale wisesman3579
It's not that I think the game won't sell well. It's just if the developers would have thought this through more carefully they could of had a best seller on their hands if it was released earlier this year. Now they have to convince consumers to believe that a third party company that hasn't quite established its self as a relialbe company yet, can create a better game than the allready established power house called Nintendo. Not to mention that these are two of Nintendo's most beloved top selling franchises.

Definitely Gannon. If they want Zelda fans to actually recognize this game as a part of the series you have to have Gannon as the villain. And maybe if they do put Gannon as the villain they will actually have an epic final boss fight, unlike in Phantom Hourglass. I just didn't get that feeling like I just won some epic battle when I beat Bellum :(

Nintendo should never and will never make Nintencats. Shigeru Miyiamoto madeNintendogs because of his extreme love for dogs NOT cats. But I sure hope Nintendo is working on a Nintendogs title for Wii. The controls would work perfectly: When you enter the frisbee competitions it can control like Wii Sports Resort frisbee,y ou can use the Wii remote pointer to pet your dogs and make them do tricks, and there's many many more. With a much larger gaming disc they couldmake much better graphics, more items, more dogs, more customization, and even online play. Let's hope Nintendogs comes toWii :D

This is an outdated video, it was poted in May so details were more scarce. In a more recent interview with Capcom they have stated that they are still undecided on whether there will be Wii Speak support, or if the online is P2P.

The game does have A LOT of hype, but competing with Mario, Link, AND Kindom Hearts. I just don't see this game selling as well as the developers are hoping for.

This game looks awesome, I am really looking forward to it! But I think the publishers are releasing it at the worst time of the year. The whole first half of 2009 we haven't had any chart busting titles hit the Nintendo DS or for that matter any must buy first party titles. But Scribblenauts is releasing on September 15th, the day after Nintendo releases a new title from their storied franchise Mario. Scribblenauts is going to have to be competing for sales it's first three months with Mario in Mario and Luigis : Boswers Inside Story, and then after that with Link aswell as the Legend of Zelda : Spirit Tracks is released this December. I just can't see Nintendo DS owners choosing to buy this game over a new Mario game or even a new Zelda game. Does anyone else agree with me? Or do you think that this game can hold up on it's on against other Nintendo power houses like Mario and Zelda?
