@Mraou: Exclusives are the reason I've never owned an Xbox until now but have owned every generation of Nintendo and PlayStation. That's not to say Xbox hasn't had exclusives, just that they weren't good enough (or more accurately, the type of game I want to play) for me to justify the cost of an Xbox. Purchasing Bethesda was a, pardon the pun, game-changer for gamers like me, we've been around the block a few times, Fallout and Elder Scrolls will eventually be MS exclusives. There are still a lot of us who have little interest in Game Pass, and while we may not be a majority, there are enough of us that the whole house crumbles without our support.
@deth420: This is one of those issues where I can't follow some of the logic, why should it be left up to the individual states, what makes them any more qualified than the feds? That's not directed at you or anything, it's just a constant theme in this debate, but no one really questions the validity of this supposition, we seem to accept that either the federal government gets a say or the state governments do. It really should be both or neither, not one or the other.
