everyone knew this was getting good scores since the past games have gotten high scores. when uncharted 3 comes out we will get "year of the ps3 confirmed" posts. its little suprises like resistance 3 getting 8.5(AAA imo). The thing is this is the only major xbox exclusive this year, other than forza, but forza is pretty much an annualized niche game imo.

apparently if a game isn't a 9.5 on gamespot, its crap(sad way of thinking). sorry man dead space 2, lbp 2, la noire, portal 2, infamous 2, resistance 3, deus ex, killzone 3 are all top games for me. dead space 2, portal 2 and resistance 3 are goty contenders for me so far.

does anyone else feel like this game has lost a ton of steam? i remeber a few months ago everyone here was salavating at trailers and saying its the cod killer, but now since everyone has seen console footage, they realize its bad company 2 with slightly better graphics. im definetly not getting this at launch, saving my cash for fifa 12, uncharted 3, ac: revelations and batman AC

i hate most metal. especially death metal yuck. some bands are tolerable, but its easily the worst genre of rock

definetly amongst the best, its definetly above all the generic military shooter campaigns like mw2, battlefield, killzone 3. i have never played halo so i can't compare it to that.

yes when i got into online shooters for a bit, they get so frustrating. I pretty much quit playing online games with the exception of fifa and the occasional COD match. A great single player game reminds me why I like gaming.

I would try amazon, they usually have some pre order credits on their games, and depending on your state charge no tax. Also free release date delivery for students with amazon prime student. Maybe try newegg as well, they usually lower prices on pre orders and also charge no taxes in some states.
