IT'S SOOOO HOT! Can someone please send Australia some rain or snow, or cold weather? We would really appreciate it, we can't even go to the beach because the sand is too hot! :(

Anyway, today's Australia Day. Happy Australia Day to all my fellow Australia, tv.com users! Fiance and I just hosted a BBQ lunch with a couple of friends over. They've gone now. Fiance has gone to take my dog for a walk ("In this heat?") you may ask? Yes. Why? I have no idea, but they'll both exhausted when they get back. Tonight we're going to the coast to watch the fireworks, and hopefully by then it'll be a little cooler.

So I was thinking. What makes Australia so great? Here's a little picture story for you:

Is it our Aussie Spirit?

Or our famous landscapes?

Or our sense of humour?

Whatever it is, it sure has turned our country into a peaceful and wonderful place to live, and has made all Aussies proud. Aww.
