has anybody else seen this yet??????

is it all over the internet on images that have been "hotlinked" (i'm guessing that means copied from one place on the internet, and pasted at another) or is it just on certain websites such as this??????

IT SUCKS! i hope it's not some gay new law or something. i'm going to go to the website that is in the "Don't hotlink" message right now to find out what the deal is.
