None of those work. FLiNG and LinGon both released working trainers, the LinGon one is for v1.01 steam version, the FLiNG one is for v1.0: http://www.gamepatchplanet.com/game/fallout_4
Theres a compatibility patch for 7 & 8 but I have no idea if it will work with Windows 10? You could at least try it I guess?

It's near the bottom of the page.
Every game that came out as a physical copy in the past at some point had an expansion pack that added features, maps, characters and levels as well as bug fixes.
What? Every game? Expansion packs were not common practice in any sense.
Not every game, but the vast majority had expansions packs.
Look at it this way, DLC is nothing new in terms of content, expansion packs are no different to DLC. Every game that came out as a physical copy in the past at some point had an expansion pack that added features, maps, characters and levels as well as bug fixes.
If you think that DLC is lacking content then that's a different matter and really comes down to pricing as most DLC are not that expensive so we shouldn't expect a great deal of features for a DLC that costs $5.00.
Fling made a +12 trainer for v1.0 tested on 32 bit version of game, works fine

I'm guessing you want to play Red Alert 3 as Red Alert 2 because RA 3 has better graphics?
I'm not aware of any mods for Red Alert 3 that will convert it to RA 2, but there is a mod for Command and conquer generals called Rise of the Reds which has similar features. If you don't own C&C generals you can buy it real cheap of ebay or amazon. The rise of the reds mod can be found here http://rotr.swr-productions.com
Agree 100% on avast! I've been using it for a few years now. I originally used Norton, but I found Norton was deleting files that it deemed suspicious and not even notifying me, I lost some good programs :-(
I'd have to say though, that with Playstation pioneering CD based console games and entering the digital gaming world almost became it's downfall, piracy became shockingly widespread, I can remember going to the market and every second stall was pirated Playstation games, everyone I knew had a mod chip. You could pick up a pirated Playstation game for $10 when they actually retailed for $60.00+
The rival Nintendo 64 remained cartridge and in doing so avoided the piracy problem the Playstation faced. With the Nintendo 64 boasting games such as Zelda, Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark Nintendo deserved my hard earned $.
