I mean I could say that VR users will be running games at 4K x 4K per eye (32 megapixels) 120 Hz in a few years and still have graphics that surpass any other games since it'll be easier to run than 4K (8.3 megapixels) at 60 FPS on a monitor.
You could even say the same thing for PSVR2 on PS5. What are you going to say when those console players are playing at 4K per eye 90 Hz? You'd have to use VR to up them.
