Your screenshots are wonderful.

It happened to a lot of people. A bethesda admin said that the issue was created by a recent steam update which apparently gave everyone on steam access to the DLC and that it has since been "resolved". There hasn't been any official word on it, so either uninstall the DLC files, or keep them. It's up to you, I guess.
