Platypus by Squashy Software is pretty good. The Dream Machine looks pretty good but you have to pay for it. There's also a really old game called Clay Fighter that might've spawned some sequels. And, of course, keep an eye out on Kongregate for MY upcoming claymation game, Creeping Doom! :)
