My point exactly, most people do not have gamer PC's, and so it is better to buy from a store with a return policy.

My other point was, a purchase from gamestop.com is not supported by the big company named "game stop". Rather, it is a one way street company who has no customer support. They are there to collect you money regardless of what your experience is with the product.

I had a really lame experience, and I will never ever shop at game stop again, there are too many other reputable companies out there who will ensure you have a good experience.

I suggest people do the same. In this competitive market, you have to support the businesses who support you, the only way to differentiate the product experience.

Beware of Gamestop-dot-com and their online distributor "Trymedia"!

If you buy any game from their website, you are not buying it from GameStop, you are buying it from a crooked outfit who ripped off my 14 year old son and would refund his money. In fact, they charged us 2 times for a game that would not work on our computer. My son asked my wife for help to download a game from this website while I was at work, and when I came home I found that the game was not compatible with our computer, an honest mistake to anyone who is not really computer smart. When I contacted Trymedia games through a web based entry customer support, they told me I should buy a new operating system and they would not refund my son's money. A few days later, we had another charge on our visa card and now Trymedia games is no longer responding to our requests for help on the issue.

Beware, if any game does not work with your computer, you will be out of luck and out of money. Nobody to call, nobody to help you with an honest mistake.
