GI**A: microsoft should give their customer service agents more authority to solve problems. this would have been very easy to solve. i am sure sony or nintendo would have gone the extra mile. we own those consoles too - and face the dilema every day which games to buy. this service does not bode well for microsoft.

Conal: I have escalated the case which is standard procedure when we cant resolve the issue on first contact.
