you don't NEED a DVD rom. I've the cd version. All SEVEN discs. @WCLord: well, not necessarily. I'm more than happy to play games on lower graphics settings. plus, middle-of-the-road graphics cards don't get outdated that fast. But then again, I guess I'm just to lazy to set up a console for its full potential.
