What are your first reactions to this game? Looks amazing IMO. Graphics look beautiful. I didn't get the 3DS game, but I might get this sequel on launch day. Is it worth it?

Okay, so I'm trying to make a dead union alive again, so I read about the leader election process. The only problem is that the current officers in the union are not active and won't respond to me trying to have a leader election. I'm willing to be the leader, but I'm not a current officer(I used to be). So what should I do about this? Could I get a Mods help with this? I would really appreciate it :)
