After a few years of making great alternative hip hop records, MIA produced the hit hit "Paper Planes". That year (2007) several remixes were created, but none greater than genius Thomas Wezley Pentz or Diplo. These for musicians (MIA, Diplo Street, Bun B and Rich Boy) workeed happily to make one of the best songs of all time.

I was reading the pitchfork staff lists and realised I did not own the LCD Sound System song "All My Friends". Unfortunatley iTunes did not sell the song alone, but they did sell it on some crappy EP. I pondered the answer. In the end, I decided to get the EP. It would be worth it for the song. It was a much better EP than I thought. Not only did it have LCD's version, but also a Franz Ferdinand remix. AND to add value former-Velvet Underground-member John Cale's remix. And to add extra another classic LCD song: "No Love Lost".

French band Daft Punk were basically to good musicians put together to make an album: Guy-Manuel De Homen Christo and Thomas Bangalter. This duo came to much more.

They did as they were instructed: made an album. This turned out to be the most groundbreaking house record ever (until they were beaten by their own Discovery).

Containing one of my favourite songs, "Da Funk", this is a record I cherrish.

Well, the popular '70s band, Pink Floyd had already been making albums for eight years, but this was a real breakthrough especially one song: "Shine on You Crazy Diamond I-IX". It's my fourth favourite Floyd album to Meddle The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon and it's fantastic.

So why is this such a perfect album: Well I think it's definitley original even for Pink Floyd. I also think that this marked the time when Rodgers had everything to do with the band; when he was in charge. He had come from new boy to leader. It's a fantastic album that really showcases Floyd's talents.

Hi there, I am currently on level 9, rank:Ikari warrior. I have recently purchased the Beatles: rockband for wii and am thoroughly enjoying it. I am planning to get The Sims 3 wii when ( and if) it comes out.
