Wii Sports does not come in a DVD sized box like the rest of the Wii games which kinda sucks. So I found a thread on the gonintendo.com message board where a guy had made the image so he could make his own dvd case (here is the link to the thread). There is a guy on the second page who posted a link to a Word doc. that has the pic the right size. I put the doc. on a disk and took it to Kinkos to put on nicer paper. I cut down the extra paper to make it fit. I used my DVD case from my New Found Glory DVD just cause it was the only case I had that was white. So now I have a DVD case for my Wii Sports to have next to all of my other game cases.

EDIT: To make one yourself just download this Word Doc and print it (I did it at kinkos just to look more professional but you could proablly do it at home and it should look ok.). Then trim down the edges till it fits in a DVD case. I would suggest to try and find a white DVD case just so it will match all your other games.
