I used to have a 32 inch SD tv and I would play my 360 on it and it looked just fine. I also take my xbox360 with me when I travel somtimes and play it on hotel tv's and it looks okay. But, sometimes you can't read text like in Dead Rising. On a SD tv you can't read the mission descriptions on the bottom of the screen without HD. At least I couldn't. About six months ago I bought a Samsung 42" LCD HD tv and OH MY GOD! Dude, I have to say that SD BLOWS! Games look 900% better in HD. Games have a generic low quaility nex gen apearance on SD tvs. I don't think you will ever apriciate your Gears of War game until you get your new tv as far as mind blowing awsomness! You see so so much more detail and textures and with so much more clearity on a HD.

Sorry guys, but I would have to say that Eternal Sonata isn't really that fun. There is allot of invisible walls and annoying battle audio were the people just repeat themselves over and over. I also didn't like the camera at all. You couldn't change the camera angle. What the heck is up with that. Even on Mario 64 you could change the camera. Anyways, I not trying to bash on it because it did have allot of good gameplay mechanics but I would much rather play Oblivion or somthing else. Actually, I would rather play with my gerbal then play that game again. If you like it, more power to you. I also thought that the story was boring... I mean, it wasn't really captivating or anything and it didn't pull you in. It seemed lame. I thought it was kind of lame to that in the game you have to collect paper on the ground to feed some goats to get across a bridge... what was that all about?

I don't think that Oblivion is really good for a short rental. Oh, by the way, Enteral Sonata wasn't that great for me. I thought that there were way to many cutsceens and that wouldn't of been that bad but the story wasn't that interesting. Im not sure if the story was good or not because I quit paying attention after a while but I can tell you that it wasn't very interesting. Anyways, I think that GOW would be a good rental. Or, Crackdown.

I have been using wireless controllers on every system since I started playing video games.  I have never in my life noticed a lag in my contollers.  I am not sure what was wrong with his setup.  He may have gotten some interference from other household items.  I am wireless all the way.  I would suggest making sure that you get one of those recharagable plug and play battery sets. That way you will be able to use the controller wired or wirelessly.

When I was 14 I was really freaking annoying.. from what I remember anyways.  I'm 25 now so when I was 14 there was no "online gaming" but I'm sure I would have annoyed the crap of everyone.. But, then again, the 14 year olds now are used to the online gameing sceen and probably are a lot more gaming friendly.

The heat is not so much generated by the spinning of the disk itself, but drive's multiple moving parts and other internal electronics transfer their own heat to the disk.  It gets very hot inside any optical disk drive, CD or DVD, and the disks warm up just like a roast in an oven.

As for the laser heating a disk?  Uh...

Hashbrowns

Yeah.. doesn't a laser pointer burn the crap out of you when pointed at you?  Every time I open my CD DiskMan I have to use an oven mit.  It couldn't posibly be the heating componets of the Xbox 360 could it?? No..

It is geared only for giant pinatas of any age, I'm afraid you probably don't fall into that catagory. KlownMaster

But I am a giant pinata!.. just kidding.  Thanks.. I was just thinking that the "E" rating was absured and discount the adult intrest... I guess it was just my taste.  Sometimes the "E" rating can be misleading you know.  :)

I have Burnout Revenge and PGR3 and I played both of them quite a bit.  I would give Burnout R. the winning vote hands down.  It is a blast to play with friends over and PGR3 has "NO!" car damage or traffic.  Although, PGR3 is a good game but you should get Burnout Revenge and then get PGR3 and you will see why.

I had Viva Pinata' for one day and realized it must be for 10 year olds.  I am 25 and I can't stand it!  Is it just my game taste or is this game for kids or what?  Thanks.
