I think another game set in a timeline before the first Deus Ex game would be great. There's enough of a timeline gap to explore between HR and DE1.

I'm happy that Dragon's Dogma was pretty successful, it has it's rough edges so with a bit more polish the sequel can be amazing.

The setting definitely seems interesting but i'm really tired of subscription based business models. This would have more legs if they launched with a free to play mindset or even guild wars type of buy once, play forever with micro-transactions on top.

they will keep launching these "free" maps to squeeze more money from people who buy the RNG spectre packs and it seems like it's working well enough to sustain a free map pack model like this.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the game. The combat is definitely the best part of it and if this team had a bit more experience making open world games it could have been amazing. Hopefully they do make a sequel and only improve upon what they built with this game.

Terrible news for all the talent involved, but they wasted too many resources developing an MMO on an untested IP. They should have started making single player games to start off with to get the brand awareness out there, Reckoning was released a little too late to stop the downward spiral.

the review is pretty spot on, the combat is the most refreshing thing to hit the genre in a long time. Tab targeting combat needs to go away.

yeah they shouldn't change the ending but at the same time it still full of stuff that doesn't make sense. *DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS* There's that image around with Xzibit that says yo we made some synthetics to kill you every 50k years so you won't be killed by synthetics, was funny but sad that it's the explanation of why reapers were doing this. Then mass relays explode in almost every ending, even though a mass relay exploding causes a supernova explosion which wipes out the star system, so everyone should die anyways. Then your crew members show up on the normandy escaping the blast when they were on earth not too long ago, when did joker find the time to pick them up while they were in a desperate fight for their lives on earth. Then there's this Indoctrination theory that everyone keeps talking about which sort of makes sense and if Bioware lays claim that this is the real outcome and wants to sell you a DLC about the true ending and that they were just trolling us, then that is still a slap in the face for everyone who has been playing the series for the past 5 years. There's a reason why people are disappointed.
