Ok, so I rented it. And I went straight into the controls... I have posted a blog about it that is actually pretty lengthy, so I spare you of the post here. The short of it is the controls suck. The game should be a total skip by anyone with a X360 or PS3... I feel sorry for Wii only people on days like this.raahsnavj
Agreed. I almost bought it today, but I decided to rent it instead. My and a couple of friends gathered together tonight to check it out and after 9 holes we had enough. And in case you are wondering the controls are what made it completely unplayable.
The mingames are extremely terrible as well. Some of the games could be decent, but they added this lame, "battle ball" thing where the other players can move your ball in midair, ruining your shot.
I own both a PS3 and a Wii. I decided to buy GH3 on the wii for this simple reason: No Lag!
The Ps3's wireless dongle crap created either lag or it would drop notes. It was unbearable and a complete waste of time. The same holds true for the rockband guitar. I was told the only way to prevent this was to turn off all wireless devices....what a waste.
Stick with with Wii. seriously what will you miss? graphics......please..

I agree with this. Team ninja took the ds and changed the way we thought actions games had to be played on the ds. I mean only using the stylus and holding it like a book.
I only hope that rockstar does not just try to take GTA and make it into a smaller version like they did on PSP. I want them to reinvent the game for the system..

He's right....why do we care that he used an AR. Its his game and his money. If he chooses to play his game this way than it is his choice. He doesnt deserve to have his DS "blow up in his face" as one person on here put it, he deserves to be able to play any game that he purchased anyway that he wants.

I don't see why people pre order games for. It's not like it's going out of stock or it's going to be hard to find. I mean if they have a nice offer, like coupons or something for pre ordering a game I say sure why not, but if it's a game they are going to have a crazy amount of why pre order it. I remember all those people who preordered haze. didn't seem like a good idea at that time. I say wait for the reviews and get a good feel for it before you go into gear 1. The only game I preordered was MGS4 because you could get into the beta. other than that I don't see a reason to preorder something.j-bldes

I plan on buying this game, unless someone knows why I shouldnt, so I just realized that it is an Atlus title. Is it going to be one of those games where Gamestop will only get the number that pre-orders, or can I just go get it first day?

TO be honest, unless you've played and beaten the first two, I probably wouldn't bother. Just go and play those titles instead. It is tough to justify, in my opinion, $50-$60 for Disgaea 3 on PS3 when the visuals are still SNES era. I could accept it for a PS2 title...but not PS3.
Crap....so since I havent played the other two, will I miss something in the story? I am just afraid if I wait on D3 then I will probably not be able to find it.
