I just tried that, but it still doesn't let me add points.

Is live down or something?

On my console I'm not able to add points into my balance with either credit card or a one of those points cards you can buy at the store. When I try to add points it just tells me that its unable to retrieve information from Xbox live.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
