i actually dont have any performance issues but what i was asking for is that exclamation mark means something wrong with the driver so if there is any thing can fix it coz i think its something related to some conflict in both drivers (ATi HD audio driver and X-Fi's)

first of all i just got a ATI 3870 HD so i installed it no problems but i found that Microsoft UAA Bus Driver For High Definition Audion have a yellow explanation mark on it i also have a X-Fi gamer sound card, 2 Gig of RAM, 3 GHZ P4 and a 160 gig SATA HDD.

so when i try to install the HD audio driver that i found on the driver CD that came with the ATI card the yellow mark goes away but i suffer from a very bas performance with my PC and it takes a couple of minutes to load up windows.
