As you probably know the human brain cannot handle viewing itself die, or else you could go into some type of comotose, which is why you always wake up in dreams before you die. Zapoo
That's been a myth since anyone can remember. I've seen myself die in my dreams multiple times. There is no reason for the human brain not being able to cope with that.

Anyway, back on topic. I really don't see gaming taking a giant leap in one generation. It would have to be slowly introduced, not only for us gamers to grasp the concept but because of price.

For me, Assassins Creed. I bought it today and returning tomorrow. The gameplay was very dull and almost painful. Sure the graphics where great and clean but if the gameplay is terrible, they mean nothing. I was expecting so much more instead of "sit on this bench then assassinate them", "save this citizen".

Hey,

I'm looking at hooking up my 360 to a monitor and have the cables ordered. I have a LG Flatron L192WS and wonder what 360 resolution I would set it at to use this. I'm not too tv/monitor savvy with resolutions so help would be greatly appreciated (sp?).

Thanks a lot!

G'day everyone.

I've been away from console gaming for the past few years and gaming in general and been wanting to get back into it. I've been thinking of purchasing an Xbox360 or a PS3. Currently the Xbox is ahead of the PS but I'm just worried about the failure rate of them. Many friends have had to return their consoles when they first bought them, does this problem still exist now and to what extent?

I don't really want to purchase one and then a few months later, BAM! Need to get it replaced. Also, anyone know of any good deals for consoles going down in Perth, AU at the moment?

Thanks!
