@kalgert: Hey hey calm down, I was just trying to express myself. I was talking about people that randomly throw away money for hardware when they don't need it.

Well here's the idea. I have an Xbox 360 (Fat)(120GB) , dust free, barely played with NO hardware problems whatsoever. I installed the install disk, and didn't install the play disk just as I was instructed to. But I still experience stuttering. I deleted content cache, and the framerate jumped, but not enough, It still lagged.
How can I fix this without a USB?
GTA V does tend to run like crap on 360 and PS3 (at least my 360), but It's still 8 year old hardware. It should run neat on some retards 2000$ PC :P
Not that I have any facts to cover my back. But I have this gut feeling so... I really doubt it. Since Rockstar themselves weren't really discussing this issue since the actual 360 and PS3 release. And by now it should have happened, just enough time passed for them to optimize it and set it up for the PC. But, this game has been getting a lot of great reviews, so PC gamers are wanting it more and more every day, so everything is possible.
Okay so I bought a 360 recently. And I know a lot of people have been saying that you need to tweak it by yourself, so for the record I'll give you my TV specs:
LG 37LG60 37-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV, It's a great TV with some really nice native 1080p quality.
So my xbox has been working perfectly, except for a few other details. First off, the refresh rate. My TV has a 120hz refresh rate, while I can't change the xbox's refresh rate any more than 50hz. Secondly, my TV has native 1080p, but most games are native 720p, what should I use? Aside from that, If you can check out my TV I'd really like some in depth details on what I should set up my TV and my xbox 360 to.
