ok, i will try to find the manual off google, i tried using the controls on the tv itself to move between options that doesnt work, only controls on the tv itself are volume,channel, and power.
just looking for a little help here cause i have no idea what to do. recently my video in channels like the one my dvd player uses and more importantly my xbox 360 uses have the letterboxes on the left and right of the screen and this happens with both my 360 and dvd player so i know its the tv itself. so now when im playing a game the image is all compressed in the center of the screen. not sure what to do cause i lost the original remote that came with the tv, i now have a universal remote and it will let me get into the menu but wont let me move between options let alone select one.
alright, im using bit tornado, i have forwarded the correct ports let it through my firewall, and at the moment i am connected to 115 peers and 1 seed and my upload rate is going at 50+kbs but ever since i restarted this download my download speed has been annoyingly sitting at 0kbs. i have 5meg cable internet speed and if youneed some other info just ask.
thank you for the link, just one question though, that driver on setup says "multimedia keyboard driver version 1.0" and the version i have right now is 3.0, should i still install it?
recently when i reboot my comp i get an error message on startup that "zhotkey.exe has encountered a problem". after doing some searching i found out that its a driver for my keyboard. if someone could supply a link to a site where i can update this driver i would really appreciate it. my comp is an emachine. model is T6540. keyboard is an emachine multimedia keyboard, model number KB-0108.
oh ok, so get a converter that converts avi to mpeg-4? im gonna google for it but by any chance do you know any free programs that will convert avi to mpeg-4?
ok i got a few classic horror movies in avi format, if i convert these to dvd format and burn them to a blank dvd will they work on my home dvd player?
and also if that does work anyone know of a free avi to dvd converter?
if money is not a huge issue then i would just get a new comp, i used to have an intel celeron at 1ghz. about 2 weeks ago i bought a new comp with an amd athlon x2 3800....HUGE performance jump. it plays games like warcraft 3, starcraft, empires, age of empires with no problems at all.
ok, i got my net turned on but my 5meg service wasnt kicking in even after 7 days, so i call up my isp and long story short they send a dude out here, but anyway, on the phone he tried to troubleshoot my comp. he asked if i have limewire. i say yes but its not running. he says "limewire is always running". i didnt think anything about this at all, i always thought it was safe.
so im about to go to sleep and i figure its worth a shot, so i uninstall limewire. next morning i get online and notice its alot faster, go to download a file and download speed tops at 595kbps. so im like oh guess they fixed it, so i install limewire again....changed everything, download speed goes back down to 45kbps. i did this over and over to make sure and it turns out the same everytime. i uninstall limewire, connection is great, reinstall it and boom...it drops back down.i make sure limewire is shut down, even after rebooting my comp it stays the same until i uninstall it.
anyone have any idea what is causing this? i still dont believe limewire has something running in the background but its getting kinda hard not to believe it now.
