[QUOTE="mazz211"]I feel bad for you man, I know what it's like to be on the end of the wrong decision, in July 2009 I sent my xbox in due to the disc tray not reading discs correctly, I got a replacement for my console and I was told that I had a 1 year extension on my warranty, they even told me they had updated my product & repair logs to show this, in April 2010 I contacted xbox customer support to ask for any solutions or possibility of a replacement as some of my discs were not being read and the others were taking 2-3 minutes to be read, when discussing a replacement I was told that I only received a 3 month extension on my warranty (which was absolutely wrong) I mentioned about the Product and repair log and they said it was only 3 months... after another hour I just given up, I just couldn't be bothered and now I use my brothers.... MS CS are absolute douchebags.rgsniper1
So the first CS told you wrong, it is only a 90 day extension. That's why I always double check anything like a week later to make sure it's what it's supposed to be.
I would've been fine if they had said it only 90 days in the first place, but since I was guaranteed that it would be a year extension then that's what I went by, I feel sorry for people like the OP because chance's are that they don't have somebody in the same house that they can share their xbox with or anything and other people do get the xbox as a present and cannot get one unless it is a special occasion (Birthday, Christmas) and cannot afford to get it repaired (which was also what happened with me, but I don't mind sharing anyway so wasn't worth the money) Anyway JG, hope you get unbanned soon mate, if you're paying for a service then something like this happening when the product has returned is in-excusable.
