Hey everyone. just telling everyone about king of swords. They are a great site for daggers, medieval swords and more. I recently order a sword from there and it came fast. It was sturdy and great looking. I highly recommend them to everyone especially the ff fanboys looking for buster swords.

Recently I have been going on a trade in binge and traded in a lot of my games. In return I have gotten:

I now have completed my home movies set and the current reno 911! sets that are out so far.

Yesterday, I went out picked up Graduis collection for psp. I am really enjoying the game. I previously never played a gradius game, my extent of the series was playing the gradius inspired song on DDR (awesome song by the way). The games are difficult as hell but that just makes them funner. The graphics are decent for 20+ year old games. The audio is great (I love the song from gradius 2). So far I am loving gradius 1 the most.

I also picked up Street Fighter alpha anthology. I previously owned and played street fighter alpha on ps1 (played in the acrade also), and alpha 3 for gba and psp. I am loving this game. All 3 of the alphas (plus revised 2 and pocket fighter) are arcade perfect and just play so good. I highly recommend this to any 2d fighting fans out there. At $30, you can't go wrong!

On monday (the day after the ds lite launch), I got my ds lite. Sure I had a old ds, but I sold that in anticaption for the ds lite. I am loving the ds lite, it is so much nicer than the original. The screen is brighter, the system is more compact, and it just oozes style. I highly recommended the ds lite.

So last week I bought Monster Hunter Freedom after reading some of the glowing reader reviews here on Gamespot. I should of listened to Gamespot. In my opinion the game blew. So I promptly returned it and got Field Commander with the exchange. Ah, Field Commander. It is a good fun game but there is only one problem. IT IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF OF ADVANCE WARS!!! Yes, I know this coming into it but I didn't think everything would be a rip-off. With that being said, if your going to rip something off, what better to rip it off from than the best portable strategy series ever. Anyways, if you have a psp pick up field commander, if you have a ds pick up advance wars ds. If you have both (like I do) and can only get one, get advance wars. 

Hello. I am glad to be back on Gamespot. I just went away for a little bit basically just using the site for reviews and discussing all my games over cheapassgamer.com. Now, I am just sick of the current blog post underneath this one so I decided to make a new one.
A lot has changed in the past 6 months. I now have my driver's license and I am the process of acquire a car, currently using my sister's. I have sold off a good part of my collection. I am the process of selling my xbox as I don't play it much anymore.
In all honesty, the only games I seem to play anymore are portable games (psp or ds, i don't discrimate) or DDR. I have increased my ps2 ddr games tally to 4 and have done the adruous process of unlocking everything on every single one.
I hope to write here some more. Thanks for having me, and thanks for reading.
 

If you read my post about me winning a copy of Guitar hero, this illudes back to it. I auctioned my extra copy of guitar hero (I bought my original one the week it come out, VERY great game) on ebay and from the money I won, I bought Mvp 06 Ncaa baseball ($20 from Best Buy, xbox) a Bandits of the acoustic revolution (botar) hoodie, botar cd, and a streetlight manifesto shirt (from theriscstore.com). So, basically I got all that stuff for free.

Speaking of Mvp 06, it is an alright game. I am missing the mlb license but the classic mvp gameplay is there. The analog swing system is very akward so I switched back to the classic style, the analog throwing however is a breeze to use. A big plus for this year is support for custom soundtracks, nothing makes the mingames better (they are already great) than listening to your own music while playing. I have spent about 3 hours one night playing the pitching minigame listening to "They might be giants" tracks I have on my xbox. So, I would recommend Mvp 05 before 06 but you can't go wrong with 06 if you pick it up.
